To Managers and Coaches:

The Hockey Regina Inc. Bantam AA Tier 1 Challenge committee is pleased to invite you to submit your application to participate in the HRI Bantam AA Tier 1 coaches tournament. This year marks the 20th anniversary of this event. The tournament has been scheduled for Thursday November 10 through Sunday, November 13, 2005.

This successful Bantam tournament has a reputation of being one of the most elite tournaments in Western Canada. The tournament is sanctioned by the Saskatchewan Hockey Association - the sanction # is #0001-05.

The format for this year's tournament is for twenty-four (24) teams, with a 4 game guarantee for each team. Should you make it to the A or B final you will play 6 games .No teams will play against a team from their league in the first 4 games. There is a minimum of 5 hours between games and no team will play more than 2 games in one day. Each game will consist of 3 - 20 minute stop time periods.

We have had to refuse teams every year, so please complete the registration form (below) and return as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, if your team is interested in attending this year's tournament.. All cheques and registration forms may be mailed to the addresses listed on the contact page.

The tournament committee will review all applications and will confirm with all interested teams 14 days after receiving their deposit, as to their acceptance into this tournament. Upon your acceptance the team rosters, coaches, manager lists are to be emailed or faxed in by October 20th.

Notes: Please mail a cheque for THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00) as a deposit for this year's tournament. Cheque payable to Bantam Tier I Coaches. The balance is due by October 20th. Entry won't be considered until we have your deposit. Each team will fax/email their rosters by October 20th. CHA registration forms to be included. Out of Canada teams must remember that to participate in this tournament the proper player registration forms must be received by the tournament committee. The tournament committee reserves the right to reject an applicant. The tournament entry fee will be refunded if the team is not accepted.
